Love's Resonance is my Residents.
I was so moved as I sat and felt the presence of Love flow through me this morning. While I was cultivating that feeling, I became deeply aware of my interconnection with everything that is in my life in the form of relationships, children, teachers and friends alike. My God, I am so blessed. I think of what Ernest Holmes said: "that I love people and am loved of them. I have a deep sense of confidence and trust. I feel that I am secure in life and am no longer anxious about anything." I know I am on this remarkable adventure. I resonate so strongly with the feeling of appreciation that at times it feels like my heart cannot contain it all. I am experiencing the overflow of joy, of all the goodness that surrounds me. I know that it does because I am feeling it through the heart of Love Itself. I know this love is inside of me and extends out. This is what happens when I align with the Truth of who I am. I am so filled with gratitude on this beautiful morning.
Allow the awareness of how expansive and remarkable you are pour forth into all that you say and do and it will tranform into pure joy. There is nothing to defend against because Life is for you in every possible way. Know this for yourself and know this for your children. Know this for your beloved and for those that stand before you. Feel it, allow this vibration to fill your heart. Allow it to seep into every cell and fiber of your being. Let it become where you reside and every answer to every question you’ve ever had will be answered. Every solution to every porblem you’ve ever had will be solved. From the awareness of ever expanding love, let that soothing feeling, fill you up. Let that be your guiding light, and then watch as your life unfolds in such a way, that you stand in both awe and humility at it’s beauty.
Affirmation
I am moved in such a way that all doubt and fear has dissapeared. My path is clear, and my conviction is unwavering. I choose to see through the eyes of Love, and once again, all things are made new.

Words of Wisdom
Those three simple words, “Let it be.” releases a power so great, that it is beyond our comprehension. It allows for all that is good, all that is loving, all that is miraculous to flow forth without obstruction. When I “let it be” I literally surrender my life to the same magnificent power that creates galaxies. Letting it be is not a stance of weak resignation. It is a profound proclamation that heralds” I believe Life is for me and provides for my every need in every way. I know there is a divine order and a remarkable vision waiting to be birthed through me. And whatever is required for it’s manifestation is already inherent within that vision.” When I let it be, the Universe and all cooperative components come together with such ease that I am both amazed and humbled. There is no efforting in God, only allowing. When Mary was told of the miracle to come she, let it be. That is the great metaphysical message of Christmas. The Christ consciousness is always wanting to be birthed through us if we but avail ourselves to it. Let it be. Let the evidence be shown. Let who I really am be present in this moment. Let my passion be. Let my clarity be. Let my health be. Let others be. Let my love be. That is what’s natural. That is the divine order and nature of who and what we are. In times of trouble, or in times of joy and celebration, inspiration will come to us, speaking those life changing words of wisdom, surrender, let go, let it be. Let us step back and let Spirit lead the way and once again, we will be renewed and reborn in such a way, that our lives will never be the same.
Affirmation
Oh, it is with such deep appreciation and humility that I surrender all that I am so I may become all that I can. I allow for the Presence Itself to have it’s way with me, and all I need do is, let it be.

Aligning with your Spirtual Nature
I think Albert was on to something. I would go a step further and say that same formula applies to our genius. All profound creativity, albeit painting, music, dance, literature, science, and the most impressive of all, “living ones life”, comes from that exact same place. So how do you know when you are aligned with your spiritual nature? Well, lets ask a different question. Ask instead, what does it feel like to resonate with my true spiritual nature. The operative word here is “feel”, because it’s a visceral experience, not intellectual. This is the Universe at it’s most brilliant, and we each have had many of those experiences, we just didn’t identify it as such. Here’s a perfect example. If you’ve ever fallen in love, the kind where you felt more alive than any other time and a joy so beyond words, then you know exactly what it feels like to be completely aligned with your spiritual nature. When you hold your child for the very first time, you now know what it viscerally feels like to be aligned with the same power that created him. When you stand in awe at the splendor of nature or have those “goose bump”, music filled experiences, that is the emotional indicator that you are aligned with the Infinite. It is a false premise to believe that anything external can give us those feelings, though they can certainly inspire it. And here’s the bonus. Because they did not give it, they cannot take it away! That amazing feeling comes from your direct connection with who you really are, period. Our practice, to consciously cultivate that “feeling tone”. Once there, speak your word and I promise you, there will be a new conviction so palpable that you will never again doubt who you are and why you are here.
Affirmation
I consciously and viscerally align with the Truth of who I am and with deep and abiding joy, I fully allow my spiritual nature to express!

When Relationships Change
I’ve been listening to a friend who is going through the break up of a relationship. And I hear her. I get it. It runs deep. I’ve been in that gut wrenching, curled up on the floor, I don’t think I will make it, kind of pain. The Course In Miracles says that relationships are divine appointments. Sometimes looking back I want to say, man that is one appointment I wish I would have missed! But is it really?
One of the most profound lessons in my life came from such an experience. I did not understand why my relationship was not working. The friction and seeming lack of compatibility as a couple was grueling. I kept thinking, but we love each other, why isn’t it working? The truth is, it was unfolding exactly the way it was suppose to, I just couldn’t see it.
I’ll explain. I knew in my heart it was time to go, but every time I thought about leaving, this excruciating pain would rise up and stop me in my tracks. During this time I was attending lectures based on A Course in Miracles and on one Sunday night I received my answer. The reason I was in so much pain is because I thought if I left, I would have to stop loving him. It was not the leaving that was causing the gut wrenching pain, it was me trying to stop the love from flowing.
Sometimes the form of the relationship has served its’ purpose and it’s time for it to transition into something else. But this too can be done with love as well. There is a profound difference between the sadness of letting go and the paralyzing pain that comes from trying to stop the presence of love. Love is the healer of all things.
Affirmation
I bless, honor and give thanks for my relationships, seeing each of them as sacred and holy. And for the depth of insight they have given me about Truth of who and Who’s I really am. Amen

A Heart Healed
You are in sudden danger of dying at any moment, said my doctor as I was being rushed to Cedar Sinai. I was in need of a heart transplant and they did not think I would last the week. As I lay there watching the urgency of those around me, I became still. I suddenly had a visceral revelation that all was well, that I was not my body, and that my true being was spiritual. There was absolutely no fear present what so ever, only a keen intense feeling of peace.
In that moment I made a decision to heal myself. Knowing the heart is symbolic of giving and receiving love, I took an honest inventory where my belief and behavior were out of alignment. I was not very good at receiving and realized I now had no choice, because I was to sick to do otherwise. I also got honest about being out of alignment with my personal values, which were directly tied to self love and self respect. The crucial revelation came when I attended Agape for the first time and heard Rev. Michael speak about God being in me, as me, that I was One with God. At the time that concept was revelatory and it changed my life. With pacemaker firmly in place while waiting for my new heart, I began to take classes to understand more, I was hungry for Truth, for God.
Ten months later the cardiologist called explaining he had never seen anything like it in his 22 years of practice. Not only did I not need my pacemaker, I no longer needed a new heart. It had healed he said. It’s hard to put this miraculous experience in few words…but of this I am sure. It is love that heals all things. Let me testify to Love.

Today I honor that which my heart is calling me to do. With certainty and gratitude I follow Love, knowing only my greatest good awaits me in every way.

Attention and At Ease
I was raised in the Marine Corps, perpetual boot camp to be exact. My father was a career Drill Instructor so I had 18 years of Basic Training from one of the Corps best. Strict manners and an implicit code of conduct were expected and you better belive dilevered! Yes Sir, Yes Ma’am. No task was to small to give it ones best efforts. I was taught to have respect for myself and what was in my possession, demonstrated by how I took care of both. My bed is still made every morning, perfectly I might add. He would say, “Keep the discipline and the discipline will keep you.” A perfect reminder for my daily practice of meditation and prayer. When I keep it, it indeed keeps me! I also remember watching the men go through drills and dad shouting “Attention” and “At Ease” as the men snapped to and then slightly relaxed. I think of those words today in a new and powerful way. Attention is the taking possession by the mind, in clear and vivid form. Focalization, concentration, of consciousness are of its essence. And the command, Standing at ease means you are still focused, but in a more relaxed state. Today I place my Attention on the feeling tone of alignment with my Inner Being. I focus and concentrate on the essence of love, joy, wisdom and kindness so that my vibration rises, allowing me to resonate with God Itself. I then become a little more relaxed and At Ease, feeling the flow of Loves presence. Resistance has fallen away and I’ve become plyable, reseptive and availible for Inspiration. Excellence is not an exception, it is a prevailing attitude. A beautiful combination of Attention and being at Ease. We are much more alike than I ever thought. Dad would be proud indeed.
Affirmation
With loving care and discipline, I place my attention on all that is good and feel the ease of my life unfolding beautifully in every way. Grateful for my father here on earth and in heaven. It is wtih profound appreciation, respect and love that I say,

Primary Source
Last week I heard someone say, “Oh, they are in the Prime of their life.” My first thought was “Yep, they are, and I’m not.” My thinking continued…”face it, the time to attract that special relationship, the financial security and the beautiful dream home you envisioned, has passed you by. You blew it and are well past your Prime. You are just too old.”
Fortunately my Spiritual Liberation was about to appear in a moment of grace. I heard a loving voice state clearly and succinctly, “What do you think Prime means? Are you not created in the image and likeness from the Primary Source of all that is? That which is not bound by the laws of time and space, from where unlimited possibilities flow?”
Those words resonated like a gigantic bell of freedom. I still had residuals from old limited beliefs. But wait, what is a belief anyway? A belief is just a thought that has become a habitual way of thinking which may or may not be based in the Absolute Truth.
I had simply forgotten who I am. Either I am an emanation of the Divine Most High, or I am not. Either I am Infinite Potential made in the image and likeness of God Itself or I am not. Either I am a direct descendant from the Primary Source of all that is, or I am not.
So as I begin this New Year, I will go with the unchangeable Truth. I am unlimited possibilities for financial freedom. I am the pure and eager delight in my child’s eye. I am the radiant vessel overflowing with tender affection from my beloved. I am the compassionate soul that sings the song of Oneness with all that is.
Affirmation
I am a direct descendant from the Primary Source of all that is, eager to use my talents and gifts for my Primary Purpose, to be happy and serve others.
And so it is. Amen
